The three rooms in the “Residence” are located on the second floor of the country house and offer modern comfort with breathtaking panoramic views. All rooms are wheelchair accessible and easily reachable by elevator.

Each room features a south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the beauty of nature – the perfect spot for a relaxing start to the day. The rooms are modernly equipped and offer two bathrooms with rain showers. Fragrant wood used for floors and details adds to the warm, inviting atmosphere of the house.

Our Junior Suite impresses with a bright daylight shower that not only provides refreshing moments but also offers a stunning view of the Dolomites. The rustic historic balcony opens in two directions, allowing you to enjoy the majestic mountain landscape from different perspectives.

The Double Room invites you to relax on a south-facing balcony, where you can admire the Dolomites directly from your bed – the perfect spot to start your day or unwind in peace.

For even more space and luxury, our Luxury Suite offers a spacious living area, two bathrooms, a south-facing balcony, and a breathtaking view of the Dolomites that will impress you anew every day.

All rooms are also equipped with a mini-bar, safe, and SAT-TV, ensuring maximum comfort and relaxation.
