RESIDENCE - COTTAGE SECOND FLOOR

PLEASE NOTE
 

• The prices are per person and per day including gourmet half board „à la carte“, the use of the sauna with the natural moor pond and the Ritten Card (more information at www.ritten.com).

 

• The prices and discounts for children are only valid in double occupancy (2 adults).

 

• Reduction of € 12.00 for bed & breakfast.

 

• If you stay less than 3 days there is an extra charge of € 8,00 per person.

 

• We remind you that starting from 01.01.2024 persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 3.00 per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay. It is only payable on departure.

 

• Surcharge for single person in a double room € 45.00 – 65.00 per day.

 

• Your room is available starting from 2.00 pm. Please tell us if you arrive after 6.00 pm (check-in only until 6.30pm). We kindly ask you to leave your room on departure day within 11.00 am.

 

• Reservations are binding only after having made a deposit.

 

• Dogs: if you inform us before, there is no problem with bringing your dog with you: € 17.00 - € 30.00 per day without food, (bring your own dog blanket and basket please). Liability insurance required. For hygienic reasons, your four-legged friends have no access to our spa and the Gothic “Stuben”

 

• Cancellation policy

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• Cancellation until 30 days prior the day of arrival: the deposit will be retained.

• Cancellation from 29 until 10 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.

• Cancellation from 9 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 70% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.

• In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed current price for every day not used.

DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN

 

With two people in the double room, the discounts for children are the following:

 

• Until their 2nd birthday children go free

 

• Until their 8th birthday they get 50% off.

 

• Until their 12th birthday they get 30% off
