Wellness & Nature – Relax with a View of the Dolomites

After an extensive hike, there’s nothing more delightful than refreshing yourself in our natural moor bathing lake and soaking up the sun on the adjoining lawn. In 2014, we added a stylish wooden swimming pool to the lake – here you can not only swim, but also walk through the water and soak in the calming atmosphere of nature. At the edge of the pool, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape – a perfect spot to pause and simply enjoy the moment.

Our sauna area is open both in summer and winter. Experience the soothing warmth of the Finnish sauna up to 90 °C, relax in our small steam sauna for two, or enjoy the gentle deep heat of the Physio Therm infrared cabin. Afterwards, two invigorating massage showers await to refresh your body.

Right next to the sauna, you’ll find our relaxation room with views of the Dolomites – a peaceful place where body and mind can unwind.
Please note: sauna access is not permitted for children under 16.

A special highlight is our romantic gourmet dinner for two under the old German ash tree – an unforgettable experience for all the senses, available by reservation.
And for those wishing to stimulate circulation, behind the moor pond there is a small Kneipp pool, perfect for a refreshing cool-down.

Steam sauna:
The temperature will not exceed 45°C

This is an ancient method, that has many benefical applications.

 

Aesthetically: The raised temperature causes the pores to open: thus the skin is able to absorb moisture and becomes softer and smoother.

 

Biologically: Heavy perspiring brings out poisons and acids with it, which aids in the fight against cellulitis. The steam sauna relaxes body and soul.

 

In addition we also have a Finnish sauna and an infra-red cabin.
