Relaxation and recreation in the holidays on the RitteN

As soon as you have reached us, you can relax and forget the stress of everyday life. The landscape on the Ritten is a natural jewel and seems created ad hoc for wonderful holidays in green surroundings. In the cosiness of our rooms you`ll have a very good time and you`ll appreciate our personal service. Here you live in a hotel with history and typical South Tyrolean flair, and just before the door nature is awaiting you.

On our sunny terrace with a stunning panoramic view you can have a comfortable breakfast, before you begin an active day on the Ritten, on fabulous meadows and woods, surrounded by amazing mountains. In our wood panelled "stube" in gothic style you`ll be pampered by the culinary creations of our chefs, while you`ll taste best local and international wines in a warm atmosphere. On the meadow directly behind our hotel you`ll breathe fresh air on the shore of the idyllic pond. Or you just lie back in the sauna of our hotel...

Wellness

Relax with comfort

After a long hike you can cool down in our natural mud bathing lake and soak up the sunshine on our sunbathing lawns. In 2014 we installed a pool made of wood in the lake where guests can swim or just take a walk. From the poolside guests can admire views over the surrounding landscape. Our saunas are open to guests both in summer and winter. We have a Finnish sauna, with temperatures of up to 90°C, a small steam room for two persons and an infrared cabin (Physiotherm). To cool off afterwards, choose from two different types of massage showers.

The sauna area also has a relaxation room with views over the Dolomites where guests can relax

after their sauna to the sound of gentle, soothing music. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the saunas.

On summer evenings a romantic candle light dinner for two or four can be organised on the lakeside. Dine in style from our gourmet menu and spend a memorable evening beside the lake with no interruptions.

Steam sauna:
The temperature will not exceed 45°C
This is an ancient method, that has many benefical applications.

Aesthetically: The raised temperature causes the pores to open: thus the skin is able to absorb moisture and becomes softer and smoother.

Biologically: Heavy perspiring brings out poisons and acids with it, which aids in the fight against cellulitis. The steam sauna relaxes body and soul.

In addition we also have a Finnish sauna and an infra-red cabin.
